With his knowledge in active sourcing and candidate assessment he always makes sure to understand clients’ needs in order to find the right talents for them. Gaby Varela
Gaby is an HR professional who has been working in Talent Acquisition for 4 years. Before joining GA, she worked in the United States as a Recruiter at a high-volume agency fulfilling client’s hiring needs, as well as in a healthcare organization performing in-house recruiting for a variety of roles. Originally from El Salvador, she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in the USA, and an International MBA in Spain. She is very motivated to fill positions with a high sense of urgency, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Julian Preibsch
Julian is co-founder and Managing Partner at GründerAtelier and Business Partner at Sportec. With 40 team members employed in his companies, Julian knows the importance of having smooth HR processes as well as attracting and retaining top talent. At GründerAtelier, his focus does not only lie on evaluating innovative ideas, but especially on finding strong teams that are able to execute such ideas. Prior to the founding of GründerAtelier, Julian worked for 5 years at Sparkasse, where he had a leading role in building up the startup finance department and later contributing to the foundation of a regional early-stage VC fund.
