Definition of investors type and geographical reference point
Creation of contact list of potential investors
Approach investors: Teaser -> Deck -> CIM & Data Room

04. INVESTOR DUE DILLIGENCE

Due Diligence & Q&A Session:

Signing of confidentiality agreement
Setting up initial meetings to discuss about the company’s operations and strategy
Following up with other calls to clarify any open points on Data Room documents

05. FUNDING

LOI signing & Investment Review:

Review of the valuation, ownership & dilution
Investors provide Letter of Intent

06. CLOSING

Funding & Ownership agreement, Signing:

Project management until closing is completed
Ensure completion demands as well as time from exclusivity to completion to retain control are minimised.
