Having objectives to focus on the big picture, exciting projects that I can help implement or improve, and getting to work with people from different backgrounds every day!

I’m working in HR because…
I’m working in Talent Acquisition because I love how it feels like a mix of both a detective and a therapist role. Detective because I have to strategically make sure I find the right talent for the specific openings but also a therapist because it’s very important to listen to the needs of the organization, hiring managers, and candidates!

Great founders…
Steve Ells – CEO of Chipotle. I find the initial business model of Chipotle Mexican Restaurant fascinating because it was a way to make quick money to fund the founders dream of opening an upscale restaurant. In the end, it became so successful that it’s now one of the most popular fast-food chains in the United States.

From the future I expect…
To work for a company I love, with great and supportive team workers, in charge of responsibilities I am passionate for!

Have a great attitude and can bring passion to the work and team!

The value that most represents me is…
Curiosity because I am always looking for ways to learn new topics that are both relevant or different from my areas of expertise. I am a very eager individual who loves to adapt to new environments and use my previous knowledge to share ideas with the rest.

A fascinating company with a great vision to empower other businesses to be successful and create a team of innovative and curious individuals!

Background:  HR professional with 3.5 years of work experience in Human Resources, specifically in full-cycle recruitment at a staffing agency fulfilling external clients’ needs and also in a corporate setting performing in-house recruiting for a top healthcare organization. Multicultural background having lived in 7 countries in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Studies: I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and currently completing a Masters Degree in Human Resources & Talent Management.

Interests: In my free time I like to check out new restaurants, work out, read, travel around the world, and use my creativity to make travel videos. I am also very interested in health & wellness, psychology, and interior design.
